1. Beach Access:
Check-in:
- If you wish to check-in before 4pm and enjoy the beach, you will need to purchase the beach access (AED45 on weekdays or AED75 on weekends & Public Holidays). UPDATE: WALK-IN PAYMENT FOR BEACH ACCESS [NO MORE ONLINE BOOKING]
- If you join us after check-in time (4pm), you will not be required to purchase Beach access. i.e. Free access to the beach for our Tent booking is from 4PM – 9PM.
Check-out:
- We know you loved it here and it’s hard to say goodbye to this beautiful sunrise, however, you can stay the rest of the day and enjoy by the beach, if you wish to be with us after checking out, you just have to pay one more day beach access, (weekdays AED45, weekends & Public Holidays AED75) enjoy!!
2. Restrictions: Please note that alcohol is strictly prohibited along with food and beverages from outside, we are a restaurant, so let us feed you and calm your thirst!!
– Use of camera attracts charges. Phone camera only allowed to be used without charges. Kindly comply with our rules.
3. Furry Friends: If you bring your furry friends to KBC please ensure that he/she is not barking at night as we don’t want to disrupt other customer’s experience.
4. We are here to serve you! If you need any assistance during the night, please contact our team of security stars and they will help you, please ask Reception upon check-in to introduce you to our allocated security member.
5. Last Food Order for kitchen. Our last order for food is at 9.30 pm, please order before then as we want to feed you well.
6. Personal Belongings. Since we do not have access to the tents once booked, please note that Kite Beach Center will not be responsible for any lost item. However, please approach us so we can help you out.

CAMP CANCELATION POLICY
– If cancelled or modified up to 3days before date of arrival, a voucher will be issued to use instead, at our center FOR BEACH ACCESS [and the balance can be used for food at our restaurant]. If cancelled or modified on expected date of arrival, after date of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking reservation will be charged without refund.
