ATTENTION!!! – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY…
Please note that you are required to purchase BEACH ACCESS on arrival [Walk-In], i.e SEPARATE CHARGES for Beach Access and Beach Hut (MAX. OF 6 PEOPLE FOR BEACH HUT + BEACH ACCESS PAYMENT PER PERSON).
Be aware that without Walk-In payment for Beach Access, you do not have access to the Beach hut(s).
*Night stay check-in should be by 21:00pm (required)

–PLEASE NOTE that due to hygienic reasons, pillows & blankets are not provided as we want you to also feel at home. So, please bring yours 🙂
– Booking Time slots available :
Morning : 6am to 1pm
Afternoon : 2pm to 9pm
Night Stay : 10pm to 6am of the following day, check-in to our resort must be at 9pm
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY
-If cancelled or modified up to 3days before date of arrival, a voucher will be issued to use instead, at our center for BEACH ACCESS [and the balance can be used for food at our restaurant]. If cancelled or modified on expected date of arrival, after date of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking reservation will be charged without refund.
Customers can check-in to the beach huts within 1st two hours before the slot starting time whenever the huts are free, but Please note that as a result of limited number of beach huts, if late more than 2 hours we consider it as no-show and no refund will be done. So, please be kind enough to inform the center about your late check-ins in advance.

Weekday: Adult – 45 aed, Kids – 35 aed [age 4-11], Pet – 75 aed
Weekend [Note, changes may occur on some occasion]: Adult – 75 aed, Kids – 45aed, Pet – 75 aed
Free Access : Kids from ages 1 -3/People with Determination/Nanny.
2. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
3. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
4. Please be kind enough to take care of your personal belongings. Kite beach Center management is not responsible for lost items on private bookings of our Beach Huts.
5. If there is any special occasion, do inform us at the moment of your booking so we can help you to make a memorable experience!
6. Use of camera attracts charges. Phone camera only allowed to be used without charges. Kindly comply with our rules.
