– For holiday seasons, our standard check in time for beach access starts for customers who booked online as this period tend to be extremely busy:
-Free Access: Kids under 1-3 years, People with Determination, Nanny.
– Beach Available Facility :
• Umbrellas, Beach chairs, Sun beds, Bean bags (First come, first take, upon availability. Note that, we do not reserve these for customers).
• Beach Huts guests have their private amenities & in holiday seasons, cannot use beach chairs or bean bags because they booked for private huts.
• Shower, toilets and wi-fi.
• Children’s play area.
• Double swing seats on the beach.
• NOTE : Foods and drinks from outside is strictly not allowed as we also have a restaurant and we like for you to support our business and allow us tend to your needs. Likewise, ALCOHOL is strictly not allowed. Kindly comply with our rules.
• Also NOTE that beach towels are not provided but you can buy from our restaurant as we sell nice towels.
* We open daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm ***Ramadan “holy month” timing from 7::00am to 12:00am
— Please be kind enough to take care of your personal belongings. Kite beach Center management is not responsible for lost items.

RETURN POLICY
– If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, a voucher will be issued to use at our center. If cancelled or modified on expected date of arrival, later or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking reservation will be charged without refund.
